My journey into the gluten free world didn't begin in a kitchen. It began with art. I studied art, taught art, and spent years bringing creativity, color, and imagination to life. I never expected that one simple stop at a donut shop would change my entire path. I walked in to buy a donut for my kids and saw a small hiring sign on the counter. I wasn't looking for a job, but something inside me said to try something new. That moment opened the door to a completely different chapter.

For the next two years, I worked in the donut shop, learned the craft, and eventually began decorating donuts. It became another way to express creativity, just like painting. During that time, something kept repeating itself: customers constantly asked for gluten free donuts. They were excited when we had them and disappointed when we didn't. I understood that feeling too well because of my mother. She has a gluten allergy, and I've watched her struggle to find safe, delicious options for years.

At the same time, I noticed how artificial dyes and ingredients affected my own children. Bright colors in food looked fun, but the changes in behavior were real. I wanted a better option for them and for families like mine. That's when I knew I had to create something different. Something clean. Something safe. Something full of love.
